~ We will not be responsible for lost normal mails as there is no tracking number for normal mailing.
~ If you would like to track your parcel status, please opt for Registered postage; a Registered reference number will be sent to you via email; you can track your parcel at http://www.singpost.com/ra.PAYMENT:
~ Please transfer to POSB savings 038-51083-5.
~ Payment must be made within 48 hours after order confirmation is received.
~ Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your order.
~ Please kindly email us your transaction reference number, amount transferred & date/time of transfer.

POSTAGE CHARGES:
~ Normal mail $1.50~ Registered mail $3.75
~ A charge of $0.50 per additional item.(Registered mail is recommended as we will not be liable for any lost packages sent through normal mail)
~ Please allow 3~7 working days to receive your parcel.
